ASN2TXT Pricing
The following pricing is for an Internet float (ifloat) or customer site-based floating perpetual license for ASN2TXT.

Renewal for subsequent years shall be 20% of the price paid for first year.
If a user is developing an application that uses the ASN2TXT DLL and is to be deployed on many computers, a royalty is to be paid on each redistributed copy. The following table describes the deployment pricing schedule:

After 100 units, no additional royalties are due. The license for the first ten units shall be a node-locked or ifloat license. If the user provides a deposit of $4,950, node-locking will be removed from the license, although reports on the deployments are still due and royalties paid.
The user may elect to "buy out" the royalty stream for a cost of $16,500. If this is done, no royalty payments are due and the user is not required to provide quarterly sales reports.
ASN2TXT time-limited licenses include support for the term of the license. Support on perpetual licenses may be renewed at 20% of the initial license cost per year. Support includes access to all new product releases both major and minor as well as E-mail and phone support to address any technical issues you may have with the product.
This product is available for electronic download only.
Local, provincial, governmental, VAT, and/or import taxes are not included in any of the published or quoted prices. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to account and pay for these taxes.
